Gerald V. Williams, Sr., MPH | Founder, President
Mr. Williams is a nationally recognized health planning consultant and administrator with over 40 years of experience involving health and human services organizations primarily funded by government grants. He is the co-founder of the New Orleans Sickle Cell Anemia Foundation, and founder / organizer of the Louisiana Association for Sickle Cell Anemia, which spearheaded the effort to secure millions of dollars of funding for the Sickle Cell program throughout the state of Louisiana.As the Founder of CallFree Media Technology, Inc., Mr. Williams is responsible for creating the corporate mission to develop and provide effective solutions to community health service providers that result in their ability to generate unrestricted funds for business development and healthcare education. A native of Louisiana, Mr. Williams received his undergraduate degree from Grambling State University, and his Masters of Public Health degree from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
Ronald I. Gross | Chief Executive Officer/Director
Mr. Gross is responsible for setting the firm's strategic vision and direction and is a consensus-builder with a successful record of providing dynamic, focused and decisive leadership in the digital signage industry. He began his professional career as a Financial Planner in the early 70's. Mr. Gross worked with referrals from the top CPA and legal firms in the Phoenix area where he represented many professionals, small businesses, several public companies in all areas of the financial services industry inclusive of estate planning, pension planning, wealth accumulation, tax planning, business continuation, and was responsible for managing their portfolios.In 1983 he formed his own company to syndicate financial products related to real estate and various wireless and computer technologies. During the past 15 years Mr. Gross has funded and/or been a Principle in multiple companies which specialized in wireless cellular distribution of data and video, satellite multicast data and audio transfer, and GPS technology.
Since 1997, Mr. Gross has acted as an Investment Banker for a NASD member broker-dealer firm, with almost 200 Brokers, and was responsible for negotiating several public capital fundings. He subsequently became the CFO, and then the CEO of Golfstar America, www.golfstaramerica.com where he developed and deployed a customized GPS system for the golf industry.
After the completion of the product line for the Golf Industry, Mr. Gross became the founder and CEO of MedZone Corporation, www.medzonecorp.com which formulates and distributes topical analgesic and other skin related products nationally. Mr. Gross directed the formation of the business and was personally responsible for capitalization, banking and commerce relationships, negotiation with the labs, formula development, and initial discussions with the national retail distribution.
Following the introduction to a new technology concept for the Digital Signage Industry, Mr. Gross agreed to become a co-founder of DynaTek with Mr. J. Peter Williams in May of 2003.
Omar Pecantte | Chief Operating Officer/Director
Mr. Pecantte holds several degrees and distinctions related to Radiologic Technology and Radiation Therapy from the McNeese State University and The Anderson Cancer Center respectively. Mr. Pecantte went on to receive his MBA from McNeese State University in 2003 and is an active member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.While receiving his education noted above Mr. Pecantte held the position of Chief Operating Officer/Director for the Community Case Management Inc. and then the Chief Operating Officer/Director of the Preventative Medical Services Inc and also for A Plus Home Care Services LLC. In all of these positions which Mr. Pecantte holds concurrently, he is responsible for assisting in obtaining the required licenses to operate under the Government’s criteria and moving forward oversaw the financial operations with combined revenues exceeding $2,500,000 annually.
Mr. Pecantte also is the Executive Director for Community Health Systems of Louisiana which consists of Ten (10) community health centers in southern Louisiana that serve the low income, uninsured and medically underserved. He is responsible for assisting the CHSLA in securing Federal Grant Funding of $450,000. His other duties include credentialing and verification, governance of the 10 operations and marketing.
In his initial period acting as the Chief Operations Officer of Call Free Media Technology, Mr. Pecantte has been responsible for initiating the 10 site pilot for the Digital Signage Network known as CHC-TV. Through this initiative Mr. Pecantte aided in negotiating a 5 year contract with the National Association of Community Centers which represents 6,000 clinics and federally funds these clinics with multiple Billions of dollars annually. This contract is the cornerstone of Call Free Media’s main directive today.
Larry Jones | Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Larry Jones is responsible for the management and oversight of the financial accounting activities of CallFree Media Technology. This includes contract negotiations, forecasting and ensuring compliance to all administrative matters as they relate to legal, audit and tax requirements of the firm. Mr. Jones brings over 25 years of executive level financial experience in both the public and private sector to CallFree Media Technology.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jones has held the positions of Executive Director of the Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO), Director, Office of Housing and Community Development, City of New Orleans, and as an Asset Management Adviser to HUD. Mr. Jones holds a B.S. in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tulane University School of Business.Mark A. Calabrese | Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing
Mr. Calabrese is a seasoned executive with over 20 years experience in the Pharmaceutical and Health Care Advertising industries. Throughout his distinguished career, Mark has held similar Executive level positions with Procter & Gamble Pharmaceutical Division, Schering-Plough Corporation. Dura Pharmaceuticals Inc. and most recently as VP, Marketing and Business Development for Catalina Health Resources, a Division of Catalina Marketing Corporation (NYSE: POP). Mr. Calabrese will be responsible for expanding and leading the Sales, Marketing, Market Research, and Trade Affairs teams in strategic planning and promotion of the entire product / service portfolio. Mr. Calabrese holds a B.A. in Business and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Fairleigh Dickenson University.
