OK, so I bought myself a small webcam at Walmart, called a Kidz Cam, for 15.99 (it was on clearance).

Everytime I plug it into my computer, nothing happens. My cousin told me she thought it might be a laptop-camera, only >_>

If this is the case, will Walmart let me get a refund? The package is...brutally ripped open, using a pair of teeth and sisscors =p
