where can I buy tape to cover the printhead of hp 45 inkjet cartridges that I want to reink?

I see that the printhead of hp 45 cartridge comes from factor with blue NETO tape covering printhead to protect it before being used.

When I reink, I'd like to cover printhead with tape, where can I buy this or other tape that will do the job. I understand it should be nonadhesive (static) tape.
